Terms of Service Agreement: By ordering digital imagery and/or tour videos from Golden Thorn Photography, you agree to the following terms of service. These terms are subject to change without notice.

Payment Policy: Golden Thorn Photography operates on a fee-for-service basis. Payment is required upon or prior to the completion of on-site services and before delivery of the final edits of photos and/or video. Payment is not contingent on the sale of a property or any other conditions. Payment can be submitted online via the invoice/payment request sent by email or on-site via our portable point-of-sale system. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Cancellation Policy: Upon booking services with Golden Thorn Photography, you have reserved valuable time that is no longer available to others. If you cancel or reschedule the appointment less than 24 hours from the scheduled appointment time, you agree to pay a cancellation/reschedule fee of 50% of the shoot cost. If we can reschedule for the same property, we will deduct the half the cancellation fee from the cost of services rendered. If we are unable to access the property or it is not ready for us to complete the services when we arrive, you agree to pay a fee of $75 plus any applicable travel charges. Once on-site services have been rendered, the agent will be charged the full price of the package ordered and may not cancel.

Weather Policy: If the weather threatens to prevent the ability to photograph or film the exterior of the property, it will be at the client's discretion to continue or reschedule. A pro-rated service fee and any applicable travel charges will apply for rescheduling the exterior shoot.

Extra Travel Charge Policy: An additional fee of $1.50 per mile will be added to the total cost of services rendered for locations more than 30 miles from Stockton, CA. (For example: a round trip from Stockton to San Francisco, a distance of 165 miles, would incur a travel charge of $157.50, as 105 miles are beyond the included 30-mile radius.)

Home Preparation Policy: It is the responsibility of the person who booked our services to ensure that the property is ready and presentable at the scheduled time. This includes, but is not limited to, cleaning, arranging furniture, dusting, sweeping sidewalks and driveways, etc. It is also the responsibility of the homeowner to supervise pets and children and keep them out of the view of the camera.

Photo/Video Delivery Policy: Processed photos will be delivered within 24 hours of the property shoot and payment for services rendered. Processed tour videos will be delivered within 24-48 hours of the property shoot and payment for services rendered. Matterport tours will be delivered within 24 hours of the property shoot and payment for services rendered. Digital copies of photos/videos are delivered via a shared folder on Dropbox or Aryeo unless other arrangements are requested and agreed upon. The shared folder will remain available through the duration of the current listing and will be removed when the property is sold, withdrawn, or otherwise removed from the MLS. Videos are hosted on Golden Thorn Photography's YouTube, Dropbox or Aryeo account, and an embed link will be provided for easy use on the MLS and other marketing materials.

Copyright Policy: Golden Thorn Photography retains the copyright to all photographs and videos taken during the shoot. However, the client is granted a limited license to use the photos/videos for the marketing and sale of the property. The client may not alter,
